THAT PART OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT LYING SOUTH OF RIVER HILLS DRIVE TO WIT: FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 5, TEMPLE TERRACES, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 65 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE EAST, PARALLEL TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, FOR 46 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE TRACT HEREIN DESCRIBED; RUN THENCE EAST PARALLEL TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID NORTHEAST 1/4 FOR 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH PERPENDICULAR TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTH BANK OF THE HILLSBOROUGH RIVER; THENCE WESTERLY AND SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE NORTH BANK OF THE HILLSBOROUGH RIVER TO A POINT 100 FEET WEST OF THE LAST MENTIONED COURSE; THENCE NORTH 276.65 FEET MORE OR LESS, PERPENDICULAR TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID NORTHEAST 1/4 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
