NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 30, 2014, and entered in Civil Case No. 02-03318 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association is Plaintiff, and Mary L. Stevens is the Defendant.
Pat Frank, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 18, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with ยง 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, GLENN ELLEN VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Together with all buildings, structures and improvements thereon, as well as other personal property, fixtures, and rights thererin.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
