NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 7 October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-002031 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Onewest Bank, Fsb, is the Plaintiff and Kathleen Smithfrisch A/K/A Kathleen Smith Frisch, Manchester III Condominium Association,Inc., Sun City Center West Master Association, Inc., Thomas Galen Smith, United States of America, Acting on Behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and All Others Who May Claim an Interest in the Estate of Mary P. Digiorgio, deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 25th of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
