Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 25th Day of November, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Lithia, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Hillsborough County, Florida, as follows:
Condominium Unit 302, LUXURY CONDOMINIUMS AT FISHHAWK RANCH-ONE, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 16676, Page(s) 936, as amended from time to time, and plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 21, Page(s) 251 through 253, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 7, 2014, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
