NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Favor of Plaintiff, Chelsea Manor Property Owners Association, Inc., entered in this cause on October 22, 2014 by the COUNTY COURT of Hillsborough County, Florida, the property described as:
Lot 3, Block 22, CHELSEA MANOR, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 10, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
