NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 9, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-CA-001010 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC Successor in Interet to GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Marisa C. Carmody; Hunter's Key Homeowners Association, Inc.; North Palms Village Master Association, Inc.; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or other claimants; John Tenant and Jane Tenant whose named are fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 21st day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 12, HUNTER'S KEY TOWNHOMES AT NORTH PALMS VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
