NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure (IN REM) dated October 17, 2014, and entered in Civil Case No.2012-18804-G of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein EQUESTRIAN PARC AT HIGHWOODS PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and CLARE THOMPSON and MARK THOMPSON are the Defendants, the Clerk of Hillsborough County Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 6, 2015, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
