Rose , Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for GMAC Mortgage Corporation dba ditech.com , Oakdale Riverview Estates also known as Oakdale Riverview Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., Mary Lee Seaton, Teresa K. Seaton, Terrance L. Seaton, Timothy J.
