NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-004547 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Colonial Bank f/k/a Colonial Bank, National Association, Erica Moore, Matthew S. Foster, Melinda Zayas, State of Florida Department of Revenue, U.S. Bank National Association, Victoria Park Soho Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, BLOCK 4, OF VICTORIA PARK SOHO TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
