NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered September 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-012336 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust Series INABS 2005-A, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series INABS 2005-A under the Pooling and Servicing agreement dated Mar 1, 2005, is the Plaintiff and Equity One Financial Services Company, a/k/a Equity One, Inc., a, Dissolved Florida Corporation, Louis E. Smith II a/k/a Louis Smith a/k/a Louis Edward Smith II, Mary Ellen Magoon, a/k/a Mary E. Magoon a/k/a Mary Magoon a/k/a Mary Smith, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
