NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10-CA-007349 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK FA,, Plaintiff, and, FROST, STEVEN, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of November, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 13, BLOCK 6, WOODFIELD HEIGHTS, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 12 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
