Final Judgment was awarded on October 13, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-032448, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, JENNY CHANG; JIMMY H. CHANG; THOMAS CHANG; WATERFORDE AT HUNTER'S GREEN HEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. ; HUNTER'S GREEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. ; JANE TENANT N/K/A SUFEN WEI; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 THROUGH #4; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
