NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 7, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-008626-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and JOHN J. BUCKLEY, ERIC CHITTARATH, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN J. BUCKLEY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of November, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 16, Block B, Don-Art Estates, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 38, Page 50, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
