AMENDED NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-012069-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSR MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-AR1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR1, is Plaintiff and Reba E. Shoenfelt, Individually and as Trustee of Revocable Trust u/t/d May 20, 1991, Reba E. Shoenfelt, Individually and as Trustee of Revocable Trust u/t/d May 20, 1991, et, al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 12th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 6, South Causeway Isle 2nd Addition, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 37, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 7945 1st Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33707
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
