AMENDED NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 09, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009CA012972 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB2, is Plaintiff and PEPA PAVLOVA, PAVEL PAVLOV, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., EAST LAKE WOODLANDS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AND STONEBRIAR IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 13th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, STONEBRIAR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 51-53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 4738 Stoneview Circle, Oldsmar, FL 34677
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
