AMENDED NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 01, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009CA013790 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P, is Plaintiff and GERALD D. WINER, TANYA WINER, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ECT, are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 17th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
All of Lot 18 and the West 5.50 feet of Lot 17, PLEASANT VIEW TERRACE FOURTH ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 52, page 80 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, TOGETHER WITH a Strip of land 4.50 feet in width lying adjacent to the West boundary of said Lot 18, said 4.50 feet strip being bounded on the East by the West boundary of said Lot 18, on the North by the Westerly projection of the North boundary of said Lot 18, on the South by the Westerly projection of the South boundary of said Lot 18, and on the West by the East boundary of the 55.50 feet right of way of Milwaukee Avenue from Lyndhurst Street to James Street, as adopted by Resolution of the City Commissioners of the City of Dunedin, Florida, January 19, 1966, designated Resolution No. 66-8

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
