Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 2012CA010195CICI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2005-QS13 is the Plaintiff, and MEGAN COOK AKA MEGAN M COOK, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 33, BLOCK B, OAKLEAF VILLAGE UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of December, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
