NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2014 and entered in Case No. 53-2009 CA 021456 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2003-11 is the Plaintiff and, MICHAEL J. MALKI et al., are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property at public sale on February 5, 2015 to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 am, on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
