NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11006035CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVICEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM ANY POTENTIAL INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF TRAVIS E. HUMPHRIES; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CINDY TRIBBLE; WILLIAM BRETT HUMPHRIES; MARK C. HUMPHRIES and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 18th day of November, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 1, WESTGATE HEIGHTS NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 50 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
