NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2014 and entered in 52-2010-CA-011239 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC. is the Plaintiff and MARILYN RUTH YOUNG; SPRING LAKE OF CLEARWATER HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A BARNETT BANK, N.A.; MARILYN R. YOUNG, TRUSTEE OF THE MARILYN R. YOUNG LIVING TRUST DATED AUGUST 17, 2000; ANTHONY C. YOUNG, A MINOR CHILD BY AND THROUGH MARILYN R. YOUNG AS NATURAL GUARDIAN; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE MARILYN R. YOUNG LIVING TRUST DATED AUGUST 17, 2000 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 125, SPRING LAKE OF CLEARWATER, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGES 91, 92, 93 AND 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
