NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2014, and entered in 2008-018913-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CB6 is the Plaintiff and GERALD L. CIANI; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY F/K/A FORD MOTOR; HEATHER MCCREARY; BERNADETTE J. WOLCOTT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERALD L. CIANI; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BERNADETTE J. WOLCOTT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK S, CURLEW CITY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 19 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
