NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment for Foreclosure dated October 14, 2014 and entered in Case No. 10-012237-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2004-2, is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA S. BROWN; YORKTOWN AT BEACON PLACE CONDO ASSOCIATION, INC.; PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; CAPITAL ONE BANK; YORKTOWN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of The Circuit Court and Comptroller will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 2, 2014 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
