Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 18, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT T-43, PHASE III, SEAPOINTE TERRACE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 58-72, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED BY PLAT FILED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 63, PAGES 57 TO 86, INCLUSIVE AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5293, PAGE 975, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5397, PAGE 173, TOGETHER WITH ALL OF ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 7550 SUNSHINE SKYWAY LN S APT T43, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33711; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on December 1, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
