Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 13, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT 31-A, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM PHASE IX, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 113 THROUGH 116, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUMS RECORDED ON THE 28th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1978 IN O.R. BOOK 4755, PAGE 480 AND AMENDED TO ADD PHASE IX IN O.R. BOOK 4916, PAGE 312, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN PARAGRAPH 10 OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4755, PAGE 487, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON THE 8th DAY OF AUGUST 2000, O.R. BOOK 11008, PAGES 24 AND 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 24862 US HIGHWAY 19 N 3101, CLEARWATER, FL 33763; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on December 2, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
