Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

Lot 44A, KIPP'S COLONY ESTATES AT PASADENA YACHT & COUNTRY CLUB, according to the plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 100, Pages 72 through 75, inclusive, said lands lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, by electronic sale, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 4, 2014.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
