Final Judgment was awarded on September 18, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-008316-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A, is the Plaintiff, and, SHARON NUNNS A/K/A SHARON L. NUNNS; JACK NUNNS; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
