NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 4, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-011026, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff, and, CUC THI TRAN; NHAN THANH LAI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CUC THI TRAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NHAN THANH LAI; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on November 17, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 41, SKYVIEW TERRACE SECOND ADDITION; ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 2 THROUGH 4. PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
