NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 16, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-001229, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and, CHERYL RUSSELL A/K.A CHERYL HIGGINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHERYL RUSSELL A/K/A CHERYL HIGGINS; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on November 17, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK F, REVISED PLAT OF CLEARVIEW DISSTON SUB. NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PART LYING SOUTH OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LINE:
BEGIN ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 13 AT A POINT 57.96 FEET NORTH ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER THEREOF FOR POINT OF BEGINNING OF SAID LINE AND RUN THENCE BY A CURVE TO THE LEFT, RADIUS 2939.93 FEET LONG, CHORD NORTH 56 DEGREES 08'56” WEST 58.11 FEET, ARC 58.11 FEET TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 13; WHICH EXCEPTED PORTION WAS HERETOFORE CONVEYED TO PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY OF JOE'S CREEK.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
