NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 7th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-007675-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-WFHE2, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-WFHE2 is the Plaintiff and AYAD ELAYYAN; SAND CANYON CORPORATION, F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; THE PINEBROOK ESTATES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARY ELAYYAN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd day of December, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK E, OF THE PLAT OF PINEBROOK ESTATES UNIT ONE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGES 33-36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
