NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-012253-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JOSE ORTIZ-ASMAR A/K/A JOSE ASMAR ORTIZ; SAND LAKE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CECILLA RIVERA-PAGAN A/K/A CECILLA PAGAN RIVERA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 17th day of September, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT B-4, SAND LAKE VILLAGE (SECTION 1, PHASE 1), A CONDOMINIUM, SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESERVATIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SAND LAKE VILLAGE (SECTION 1, PHASE 1), A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3482, PAGES(S) 2654 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGE(S) 134, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE LAND, COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON EXPENSES OF THE CONDOMINIUM APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
