NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 19, 2014 entered in Case No. 2009-CA-024653-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein is the Plaintiff and Carlos A. Lopez; MERS, Inc. as nominee for Concorde Acceptance Corporation; Ana M. Avila; Unknown Tenants(s); Jane Doe; John Doe are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 18th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK C, VERONA PARK-SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
