NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-013689-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association is the Plaintiff and Nestor L. Grajales; Mary Kathleen Grajales a/k/a Mary K. Grajales; McCoy Federal Credit Union; Oak Grove Circle Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 29th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37, OAK GROVE CIRCLE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 95 AND 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
