NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 4, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-038429-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Jose Diaz; Maribel Diaz aka Mariebel Diaz; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Decision One Mortgage Company, LLC c/o Electronic Data Systems Corporation, A registered agent; Southchase Parcel 45 Community Association, Inc.; Southcase Parcels 40 and 45 Master Association, INC.; Wells Fargo financial Florida, Inc., Successor by Merger to Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance Florida, Inc.; Midland Funding LLC; Transworld Financing Corporation are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 30th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, OF SOUTHCHASE PHASE 1B, VILLAGE 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 123 AND 124 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
