NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 06, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-000073-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and MARY JANE R. ALQUIZA A/K/A MARY ALQUIZA A/K/A MARY J. ALQUIZA A/K/A MARY JANE ALQUIZA A/K/A MARY JANE RAGASA ALQUIZA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 128 OF BRIDGE WATER, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE(S) 33 THROUGH 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
