NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 27, 2014 and entered in Case No. 48-2013-CA-006402-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and DANIEL RANGEL; ALEXANDRA ZELADA; TENANT #1 N/K/A MARTIN VELAZQUEZ, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ANITA SALEM are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 10/01/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
