NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 26, 2014 and entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-001628-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005- WF1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST CLARK S. SLAYMAN A/K/A CLARK SEYMOUR SLAYMAN A/K/A CLARK SLAYMAN, DECEASED; CAROL E. FUST, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF CLARK S. SLAYMAN A/K/A CLARK SEYMOUR SLAYMAN A/K/A CLARK SLAYMAN, DECEASED; DEBORAH ANN BUZANOWSKI A/K/A DEBORAH ANN SLAYMAN A/K/A DEBORAH A. SLAYMAN, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF CLARK S. SLAYMAN A/K/A CLARK SEYMOUR SLAYMAN A/K/A CLARK SLAYMAN, DECEASED; CAROL E. FUST, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CLARK S. SLAYMAN A/K/A CLARK SEYMOUR SLAYMAN A/K/A CLARK SLAYMAN, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; FOUR SEASONS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF WINTER PARK, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 09/30/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT NO. 3603 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE LAND, COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON EXPENSES APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF FOUR SEASONS, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3188, PAGE 1188, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ALL RIGHTS INSURING TO THE BENEFIT OF A CONDOMINIUM OWNER AS SET FOURTH IN THAT CERTAIN EASEMENT AGREEMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3190, PAGE 210, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION.
