NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 20, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-009201-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and DANIEL A ZWIEFKA; CHRISTEENA ZWIEFKA A/K/A CHRISTEENA A. ZWIEFKA; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. F/K/A NATIONSBANK, N.A.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 24 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, SHADY GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
