NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 27, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 48-2012-CA-010071-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and BEN CALIXTE; NAILIA CALIXTE; PHILADELPHIA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; THE LEMON TREE - I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 10/01/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS BUILDING NO. 5, UNIT D, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE LAND, COMMON ELEMENTS AND THE COMMON EXPENSES APPURTENANT TO THE SAID UNIT, AND ALL ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE LEMON TREE, SECTION 1-A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2685, PAGES 1427, THROUGH 1487, AND EXHIBITS THERETO, AND THE CONDOMINIUM PLOT PLANS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGE 141 THROUGH 148, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
