NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 17, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 48-2009-CA-019373 DIV 34A, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff, and, CARLOS ESTEVEZ; MILDRED FUENTES; WATERFORD TRAILS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on September 17, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 475 OF WATERFORD TRAILS PHASE 2, EAST VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE(S) 112 THROUGH 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
