Final Judgment was awarded on July 7, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-038655-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE, FOR RALI 2006QA11, is the Plaintiff, and, LORRAINE SANTIAGO; ENCLAVE AT MAITLAND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC AS NOMINEE FOR CTX MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; CURRENT TENANTS; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
