NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15th, 2014 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-000091 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, bank of america, n.a., successor by merger to bac home loans servicing, l.p., is Plaintiff and Albert Leach, Jackie M. Leach and Hacienda Del Mar Association, Inc. , are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 17 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit D-303, HACIENDA DEL MAR, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded, in Official Records Book 2861, Page 1843, et.seq., as amended, and according to Condominium Book 14, Pages 8A through 8G, as amended in Condominium Book 14, Pages 21A through 21I, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in common property appurtenant thereto.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
