Secker are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45
FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on September 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 554, PUNTA GORDA ISLES SECTION 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 11 PAGES 2A THROUGH 2Z42, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
