You are notified that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Charlotte County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 2, PEACE RIVER SHORES SUBDIVISION, and also Boat Slip Lots 30 and 31, Block 1, Unit No. 1, Peace River Shores Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 19, Public Records of Charlotte County
has been filed against you and you are require to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on DAVID A. HOLMES, ESQUIRE of FARR, FARR, EMERICH, HACKETT and CARR, P.A., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 99 Nesbit Street, Punta Gorda, FL 33950, on or before the 4th day of October 2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
