NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2014, and entered in 2012 CA 2924 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST SERIES 2007-2, TBW MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and ADAM VANBENEDEN; CARRI VANBENEDEN A/K/A CARRIE VANBENEDEN; VALENCIA LAKES AT ORANGETREE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 3315 Tamiami Trail East Naples FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on September 29, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK E, VALENCIA LAKES, PHASE 3-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AS PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 93 THROUGH 97, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
