NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 28, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-00284700001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29 day of September, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 6-203, Les Chateaux, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2200, Pages 474 through 575, inclusive, and subsequently amended, all in Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
