NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22nd, 2014, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, in the above-styled case, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m., on the 22 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit No. G-202, THE MANORS OF REGAL LAKE, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2124, Page 2072, et seq. and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
