Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated , in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier, Florida, on September 22, 2014, at 11:00 AM, at Lobby 3rd Floor Courthouse Annex of Collier County Courthouse 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 for the following described property:
Condominium Unit No. 131, of St. Croix at Pelican Marsh, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3776, at Page 2841, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
