NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment for Plaintiff dated August 27, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 07-1803-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-1 (“Wells Fargo”) is Plaintiff, and Christipher Zager, individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Paula Jean Rhoads a/k/a Paula Jean Zager; Michael Zager, Jr and Jane Doe, as Unknown Tenant in Possession of the Subject Property n/k/a Patricia Scott, are the Defendants.
Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 22, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., at the lobby of the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with § 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ:
LOT 1066 OF PALM RIVER ESTATES, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with a street address of 557 Cypress Way East, Naples, FL 34110.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
