NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-1104-CC in the County Court in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Waterways at Naples Homeowners Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Emmanuel Guerrier, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 11:00AM on September 22, 2014 at: Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 50, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES, UNIT TWO, according to the plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 29, Page(s) 71 through 74, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
AKA: 751 Waterloo Court, Naples, Florida 34120.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
