NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 1203647CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-22, Plaintiff And Deborah Lynn Ramos; Unknown Spouse of Deborah Lynn Ramos; The Courtyard At Kings Lake Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash , in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 a.m. on this 22 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. E-104, THE COURTYARD AT KINGS LAKE V, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1027, PAGES 1382 THROUGH 1455, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
